Kathy reached out to us looking for someone who could help her upgrade her kitchen, dining room and den.
Her husband had installed the flooring, cabinets and even built her upstairs add-on for the home. Sadly, her husband passed away and she felt ready to reach out to some friends for a referral for someone who she could trust in her home.
I met with Kathy and she said she wanted to remove all the wood flooring in the kitchen and dining room. She also wanted to replace the carpet in the den carpet with a newer, wider style plank and a lighter color with a little grey that would brighten up the space.
Out of a dozen or so colors that we looked at, she chose an incredible color from DynoExchange called Aroma. Aroma’s hues are a perfect warm blend of white and grey.
Once we removed the old flooring, we recognized how much work her husband had put into leveling the floor. However, since it was many years old it had to be repaired. My team worked hard to remove the older, broken down patch and re-level the subfloor to prepare for the new vinyl plank flooring in her kitchen and den.
This color is amazing and she is very happy with her new flooring in Mira Mesa.
