Here is a standout recent ‘whole-house’ wood flooring project we completed in February in Solana Beach for a professional couple who run an international corporation.
The project started with a request to ‘match’ some existing hardwood flooring with a wider plank. “You nailed it! the clients said. “Better than anyone else showed us.”
The clients were so thrilled with the new look of the flooring by San Diego Flooring Pros, they decided to install it throughout the whole house to modernize it completely. Accordingly, we removed the outdated existing wood flooring and installed The Canyon Crest collection, color Fraser an amazing 10″ wide European oak plank flooring throughout the house including the beautifully remodeled new kitchen and great room.
Compared to the canyons they are named after, Canyon Crest hardwood can effortlessly infuse the beauty of nature into any space. Designed by nature and crafted by their environments, this collection boasts breathtaking patterns and unique colors unlike any other. These extraordinarily wide planks are mostly 7 feet long and feature a very thick wear layer. Treated with a wire brushed technique, each 10 1/4″ wide plank exhibits a unique texture which gives floors an exceptional longevity that will stand the test of time of everyday wear.
All in all, extremely happy clients and this is the first time I have heard a customer say that our installers cared more about his flooring and the precision of the stair work than he did.
