When Dallas and Jackie purchased this home in Carlsbad, it came with beautiful 5-inch, dark color, hand-scraped flooring but only in the kitchen dining room and pantry.
They loved it and originally wanted to continue it through the rest of the home.
We don’t get many requests for dark hardwood flooring lately. When we found out it wasn’t available, they decided to remove it as well as all the outdated carpeting and replace everything with a newer 7-inch wide, rich, dark tone hardwood floor.
Every time I stop by to check on progress, they shout how much they love it. Yes, they plan to run two Roomba cleaners – one upstairs and one downstairs to keep up with their active lifestyle.

Dave and his team of skilled craftsmen lead by Daniel did a fabulous job installing custom wood flooring in our new home. What a great experience and we are so happy with the finished product. Dave came to our house with a variety of samples from which to choose and carefully measured our desired square footage in order to prepare a scope of work and cost estimate.
