We began by removing all existing flooring, baseboards, and even outdated door casings and wainscoting. This gave us a clean slate to work with and allowed us to prepare for the new hardwood floors. Once the space was prepped, we applied a premium moisture-protection adhesive to the concrete to ensure the new wood flooring would last for many years without any issues.
The homeowner’s upstairs space was then transformed with the same high-quality flooring, creating a seamless flow between the two levels. To finish the job, we completed the installation of a beautiful new spiral staircase, which became the centerpiece of the home’s modern redesign.
