When Rob had a flood in his kitchen he contacted our friends at Restoration Plus as they are extremely efficient, responsive and very accurate with detailed proposals to submit for insurance.
We were asked to help identify the existing flooring and submit the flooring portion.
During our research, we discovered the same light frost color oak flooring is available from Homerwood and secured enough to complete the project. Homerwood is Appalachian Hardwood, lovingly handcrafted into the finest American-made hardwood floors.
Once they were approved with the insurance company, they started lining up new kitchen cabinets, appliances, hardware, trim etc. We removed all the existing flooring before the new cabinets to help expedite the process. Once those were installed we were good to go on the installation of new hardwood flooring in this great Carmel Valley home.
