Christen was referred to me by her designer because I have been able to source “hard to find products” for her on other jobs.
Christen was remodeling her home in Mission Hills to add a master bedroom and expand her great room. She was hoping to add on to her existing Australian beech hardwood flooring to complete her new project.
We scoured the country for this one. It took us a couple of weeks but we were able to source the same type of engineered flooring through a company in Washington.
Stair nosing trim moldings were not available so we custom made those on site. We made them with a square edge detail to blend with the updated look of the home which includes straight walls, no baseboards and many clean design lines.
Australian Beech is a mix of light colored Australian Hardwoods. This hardwood is not anything like European or American Beech. Instead, this flooring is a mix of mainly Eucalyptus trees from Australia’s east coast. This flooring represents a variety of light colors from pale creams to honey blonde.
Christen, a Mission Hills resident, absolutely loves her floors and also gave us a 5 star rating.
“Dave was a pleasure to work with. We needed to find a match to our existing flooring and he delivered! Our timeline shifted during the project and he accommodated! We added an extra space to our work and they completed it in record time! The workers were kind, punctual, and tidy. Most of all, their work is perfection. I can not recommend Dave and his flooring company any more highly!”
