In October, I was contacted by this Carmel Valley couple to assist them with their search for vinyl plank flooring. They were referred to us recommendations by several neighbors.
They were very detailed and thorough in their search for a quality contractor who could accommodate their needs and work through the Christmas and New Year time frame.
I spent a lot of time answering their detailed questions and emails concerning the process of removing their existing flooring, coordinating new flooring, installation timelines, painting the stair railings and moving furniture. They were very conscientious and simply wanted to secure their home while they were at work and wanted to be able to trust the workers in their home throughout the entire process.
They decided to get new flooring as a gift to themselves for the holidays and they opted to remain in the home during the renovation process.
As you can see, it turned out to be a great looking floor! Even though it rained a few days, we were able to stay on schedule and completed all of the work within their time-frame.
