Kristin was looking for someone to help them with new flooring and could also repair a lot of the subflooring from a couple of additions and kitchen renovations.
She mentioned that she had several other flooring companies come out but some either didn’t respond or took days to get back to her and none gave her the confidence to move forward with the project.
Like many other clients they wanted to replace the older style flooring and upgrade to the newer wider white oak plank flooring.
She asked her realtor Jessica for a professional company that could help her out.
Kristin contacted me and showed me a couple photos of flooring samples she liked.
I loaded up several samples in the color range that she was looking for and met with her and she wound up really liking and selecting this great looking 9 ½” wide European oak from the symphony collection called virtuoso.
I provided a detailed proposal the next day and although it was on backorder she decided to go ahead and place the order to get on the calendar.
It turns out that this one filled a little early for a change and we got started with the extensive repairs and leveling in the kitchen, family room and entry.
Having the new flooring in one large area creates a much more open concept feel that adds to the amazing expansive deck they have off the family room.
