Another customer was searching for assistance with removing all the older existing carpet and ceramic tile to be replaced with new hardwood flooring downstairs and all new carpet upstairs in their amazing Seabreeze home.
They wanted to remove the pathways that the tile created by having separate areas of carpet and create a more modern open concept look and updated color.
They selected this stunning newer color from the Lago collection called Vico. 7” wide and predominantly longer 6 ft planks really open up the space and blend amazingly well with the previously renovated kitchen cabinets and granite countertops.

In our conversations and the decision process they decided to remove all the carpeted stairs, false side treads, white wooden spindles and replace them with newer modern wood flooring and black square spindles. We literally set up shop and made these stairs in a workshop on the side of the home.
Oh and on the staircase, we customized the flooring to give it a solid look and feel, even customizing the bottom rounded step to give it a unique solid look.
