The Gore family purchased this new home in the 3 Roots community of San Diego. They were not too happy with the upgrade options in the design center that were limited in selection and so high priced that it made it worth exploring other vendors to assist with hard surface flooring throughout the home.

They decided to retain the tile from the builder for the bathrooms and selected really nice patterns for the laundry room and master bathroom.

They made a couple of trips to visit the showroom and were able to take samples to the home several times to select this great new floor color to blend with all the new cabinets and paint.

We were able to work with them to remove all the stair carpet that came with the home and replaced it with a more durable vinyl plank flooring.

We removed all the tile in the kitchen, dining room and entry, all the carpet in the living room, stairs and bedrooms and replaced it with a very high quality vinyl plank flooring from Coretec in this amazing color Kent Oak.

The entire home had craftsman style cabinets and baseboards so they elected to keep those and add this cool looking craftsman style trim molding to save from removing all the baseboards.
